A Scottish Government consultation on a draft revised code of conduct for registered property factors is currently accepting public views until the 15th January.
Urging constituents to take part, Glasgow Kelvin MSP Sandra White said:
“I would encourage all of my constituents who stay in a property that is factored to take part in this consultation. Having been involved as the local MSP in more cases than I can remember regarding factoring issues it is safe to say that the code of conduct is in dire need of review.”
